Refund & Cancellation Policy

Picartica sells digitally delivered printable worksheet bundles. After successful payment verification, buyers receive access to a private, time-limited download link. Please check the grade, worksheet count, description and price before purchasing.

Digital downloads are final for change-of-mind purchases

Once digital download access is provided, we do not offer cancellations or refunds merely because you changed your mind, selected the wrong grade or bundle, no longer need the worksheets, or have already downloaded or printed them. We cannot retrieve or revoke copies of files you have saved or printed.

Problems we will resolve

This change-of-mind policy does not remove your legal rights. Please contact us if you were charged twice, paid but did not receive access, received an incorrect or materially incomplete/corrupted bundle, or the product is materially different from its description. We will investigate, restore access or replace/correct the files where reasonably possible, and provide a refund or other remedy if the issue cannot be appropriately resolved or if required by applicable law.

Before delivery and failed payments

If payment did not complete, no digital order should be treated as paid. If your bank shows a debit but Picartica does not confirm a paid order, contact us with the payment reference so we can check the transaction and arrange any required reversal or refund. Please avoid paying twice for the same order while it is being investigated.

Requesting assistance and refund timing

Contact [email protected] with your purchase email, Picartica order ID, a brief explanation and, if useful, screenshots that do not include payment credentials. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and investigate them promptly. For an approved refund, we aim to initiate payment reversal to the original payment method within seven business days of approval; the payment provider or bank may take additional time to complete it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any refund, cancellation, remedy or consumer protection that applicable law requires. Where those protections apply, they take precedence over our change-of-mind policy.
